There is no cancellation in any finance, in some cases store credit can be given.
Lay away
 Articles may be placed on layaway for maximum of 12 weeks if its over $1,000. Weekly deposit with a minimum payments are required. 
If the article is less than $1,000 it can be in lay away for a maximum 8 weeks. Payments must be made weekly.

Special orders
We regret that special orders are not returnable or exchange However in some cases they are returnable for store credit within seven days. All special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, name chain, name ring, picture pendant, gift item, special watch, alternated pieces (including ring sizing) at the clients request

Prince Jewelry LLC offers standard and expedited shipping on all online orders. Shipping rates are calculated separately. All orders will require a customer signature. We ship to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, international shipping is unavailable.
